Not receiving notification doesn’t mean that it doesn’t load.

It may not be in the area covered by the network and therefore don’t send notifications but nevertheless load very well.

Here are the tips to follow if your HOOT Bike GPS Tracker no longer loads :


- Charge the HOOT portable battery to a computer

- Make sure the charger is properly connected to the HOOT Bike Tracker

- Make sure the micro USB port of the HOOT Bike Tracker is clean. If not, clean it carefully

- Try connecting the HOOT Bike Tracker to your computer with a USB port to rule out charger malfunction

- Try multiple chargers, adapters, cables and sources.
